To foster our purpose, culture, and growth plans, we're seeking an ambitious, energetic Account Manager to join our meme-addicted team. In this vital position, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing new client relationships with architecture, engineering and manufacturing managers through phone calls, social media, emails, and industry events.
  • Grow existing relationships by contacting previous customers, attend company-sponsored event marketing events, and referrals.
  • Keep up with our team’s hilarious high-spirited wit through instant messaging, texts, and shout-outs
  • Meet with technical hiring decision-makers and fielding new client requests for our services.
  • Identify technical managers and HR decision-makers using databases, social media, trade magazines, and networking.
  • Provide feedback to internal management regarding company improvement opportunities through weekly meetings.

Job Requirements


  •  Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Technical or related degree required 
  • Previous business-to-business sales experience required
  • Experience selling recruiting or staffing industry services strongly desired
  • Purpose-driven career ambitions to positively impact people's lives thru business and charity.
  • Three years' business-to-business outside sales experience strongly desired 
  • Strong interest in developing new business relationships
  • Must have superior communication abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment 
  • Self-driven, leadership abilities, self-starter and positive team player required
